Business and Residential customers can have a total of 11 mailboxes (one primary and 10 secondary/sub accounts).

Mailboxes allow you to create different identities for yourself. Mailboxes also allow family members to have their own email address. Additionally, you can add one alias (nickname) to each mailbox. This provides a different email address but sends messages for both the original email address and the alias to the same mailbox.
